Open projects
We have several open research projects for MSc students who want to do an internship or graduation project. We keep these projects in a portfolio document:
BIASlab MSc Project Portfolio. These are either in collaboration with a company (good for your professional experience) or are purely for internal academic research (if you prefer to have more freedom). In general, the projects focus on signal processing applications, control systems applications, system diagnostics or probabilistic programming software. For examples of these categories, see the list below:
-
System diagnostics: develop a maintenance support tool for printhead malfunction.
-
Signal processing: develop a probabilistic model for acoustic source separation.
-
Control systems: develop a controller to make a four-legged robot learn to walk.
-
Software: develop a multi-core computation procedure for our toolbox ReactiveMP.jl
If you have your own ideas for a neuro-inspired AI / probabilistic machine learning MSc project, feel free to contact prof.
